Do you mean by medication having someone come to the home and give someone their meds everyday or do a weekly pill planner? You will probably will not find an agency that will send someone out to do that a few times a day. Unless certified a CNA cannot distribute meds. So it would be at least an LPN and that will cost you.

Not sure what you mean by "medication"...? Can you please clarify?
