Navigating the home health care system

New to this. My mom is in NJ and I live in Colorado. I have gone back and forth to help my dad 4-5 times to help my mom heal during cancer treatments. My dad still works and I have a job and kids so I can't keep leaving to help. Does anyone have resources to help navigate the home health care system?
