Check with your banks. Most can set up automatic payments for your usual bills. Most can also alert you when there is suspicious activity with your accounts. There is probably a lot more assistance your bank officer can offer.
I agree with AADMM also. They are very ethical. They may look like they cost a lot, but once you are set up, it usually takes about 15 min of time each month

They balanced her check book for her and helped her set up her bills on auto pay. I realize you wouldn’t find this at every bank but it worked for her for several years. They even called me when she asked a relative to take her to the bank to make a large withdrawal.

They often work with them in the courts where they are appointed by the court in the case of those requiring guardianship or conservatorship but who have no families.
