My mom recently passed away at the end of June, can I still request her medication records or MAR?

I had already requested and gotten her medical records but didn't know I needed to request her MAR records toCan I still request those from cedar ridge Village where she passed away

Because she was a diabetic
And my sister and I feel like they might have given her insulin when she might not have needed it and therefore passed away from her blood sugars being dangerously low ... also they didn't have monitors in this skilled care facility

What kind of monitors?
Do you know what her blood sugar was at the time of her death? Because if not, then you cannot know it now and it is too late.
If you are POA you can look to see when blood sugars were measured and what medications were given. You would need the entire chart for that as the med nurse has different records usually than the sheet that keeps track of the blood sugars.
POA will likely have to see an attorney to get this done. Good luck.

Why would you want these records, may I ask?
Are you the POA? Rather WERE you?
A person, patient can request their records; their representative may also. But I cannot myself imagine a single reason you would want such a thing.
If you are uncomfortable in giving reasons, just ignore my curiosity.
