Any live support groups near Crawfordsville, Indiana?

Go to Alz.org and find your state chapter. If a list is not posted, then check out the 800 number on the website and someone will contact you. Your state chapter might even have live online meetings

Many AL facilities have support groups.
Contact the local Senior Center and ask if they are aware of an in person group or if they have one.

In your profile you state that your mom is in an assisted living facility. I would ask someone at the facility if they know of any support groups.

A well informed receptionist who works at an assisted living facility told me about the ‘in person’ support group that I started attending when I was a caregiver for my mother.

We met once a month. I prefer an ‘in person’ meeting over an ‘online’ forum.

A licensed social worker led our group. She did a wonderful job at monitoring our group. She also oversaw her own mother’s care in an assisted living facility.

No one spoke out of turn. No one monopolized the conversation. Everyone was respectful of each other. We saw each other face to face and heard the tones of each other’s voices. It was a great group. Some of us even went out for coffee after the meeting.

Good luck finding a wonderful support group! Wishing you all the best in your caregiving journey.

Maybe try emailing the Montgomery Count Council on Aging at admin@mcca54.com. Their website isn't very good, doesn't even offer a phone number; so hopefully they'll be responsive to emails.

I also found a list of programs at findhelp.org/care/support-groups--crawfordsville-in
