Looking for Pittsburgh therapist recs for my mom who has been providing caregiving support to her parents over 10 years and needs to talk. Any suggestions?

Any local recs? She spent years caring for her mother now father and it’s taking its toll. She is not very open to therapy but would like to do research and present her with options to help start the process.

Bless your heart for trying to help your mom. Therapy would be a great way to go, and she could even do it online if it's too hard to get to a therapist.

I've found Yelp.com to be really helpful for all sorts of recommendations, so you could start there -- https://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Therapist+Counseling&find_loc=pittsburgh%2C+PA
