I doubt there would be that specific of a group.
There are Weight Loss Groups, There are Support Groups. I am sure that in many of the Support Groups there would be a few members that would be happy to have support in this way.

There are Weight Loss Groups, There are Support Groups. I am sure that in many of the Support Groups there would be a few members that would be happy to have support in this way.
