My husband was placed in memory care last week after the rehab MD said he required 24-hour care. Advice?

I had been caring for him previous to that. My spouse constantly states he wants to come home and I feel guilty about that. I work full time and we have to sell our home to pay for his care because we have a lake home (small) which still has a mortgage. His family has been cruel to me and I have no support system. What do people do? Visiting my spouse makes me depressed. Today he said he’ll go on a hunger strike if I don’t take him home.
