I am a 63 year old son caring for both parents at home. They are both Alzheimer's patients. I need advice/help. Any thoughts?

Do you have Power of Attorney? If not, can you get it?
Talk to their health insurance, doctor, medicare, medicaid-- everyone. Find out what is possible and available to them.
You cannot care for two elderly Alzheimer's patients by yourself. Find out what your options are, and start making plans.

Bunch of questions from me..
Do you have help? If so for how long and how many days a week? If you do not have help WHY the Heck not???
Are either or both possibly eligible for Hospice? You would have a bit of help from a CNA that would come a few times a week to bathe, dress, change bedding and order supplies.
A Nurse would come weekly and check on them. You would get medications delivered to the house. And you would get supplies and equipment that make it easier and safer to care for them.
And if you need a break Medicare covers Respite for Hospice patients.
If it is getting more than you can do on your own look into Memory Care. they will get 24/7 care.
Is mom or dad a Veteran? If so check with local Veterans Assistance Commission to determine what benefits they are entitled to.

And specifically what type of advice/help do you need.

Oldman, what are your more specific concerns?   Mobility, behavior, cognition?   Have stages been D'X'ed for each of them?    Do you have in-home help now?

More detail will yield more specific answers, as there could be a whole variety of issues caring for your parents.
