You would have a bit of help from a CNA that would come a few times a week to bathe, dress, change bedding and order supplies. A Nurse would come weekly and check on them. You would get medications delivered to the house. And you would get supplies and equipment that make it easier and safer to care for them. And if you need a break Medicare covers Respite for Hospice patients. If it is getting more than you can do on your own look into Memory Care. they will get 24/7 care. Is mom or dad a Veteran? If so check with local Veterans Assistance Commission to determine what benefits they are entitled to.
