Anyone have a Humana premium Medicare payment slip?
Mom has lost her Humana’s premium payment slips and envelopes.
Can someone tell me the mailing address on the premium slip? I called Humana, they told me just send it to their main address which seems kind of strange to me.
I would get on a call with Humana and your mom and see if they can at least look up your mom's account or member number. I don't know if I'd just send a check without at least that info on it (or her SSN).
If possible, I would set up automatic Bill Pay through her bank so she doesn't have to remember to send in the payment or lose stuff again, as missing may cause coverage problems.
And, I know you didn't ask this but for whatever it's worth: my MIL had Humana (because it was "affordable") but it's the worst. Almost worthless supplemental insurance. Sorry.
