Is your grandmother on Medicaid? Some states will pay a family member or friend to provide care. Apparently, it is usually a small amount for a limited number of hours. I am not sure if Arizona offers this program.
Is your grandmother the widow of a veteran? There may be some assistance possible through the VA.
