Do VA benfits cover long term care in a nursing home?

Just reread your post. The Aid and Attendance will not cover entire care. I think the most u can get is $1700. There are VA nursing homes.

If you are private pay then I think u can use Aid and Attendence. But if receiving Medicaid to help with care than no.
