Where can I find and order clothing name tags? I am planning on placing my wife in a care home.

If its an AL I found mine in a craft store. If its a NH, they may have their own tags. They use a special machine and they don't come off unless they reheat the tag again for removal.

They iron on easily and have withstood multiple commercial washings at Moms NH. I’ve never had one come off.
