A nursing home resident is receiving no cooperation in trying to get an elder law attorney. Any advice?

Because the attorney can hide more assets legally & nursing home wants all the assets! Duh! Get attorney on your own & then they will communicate w nursing home.

As already suggested, more information is needed. Exactly who isn't cooperating in getting an attorney?

Have the resident ask to see the residential social worker. Sorry, that's all I can offer.

who is not co-operating ? the elder law attorneys?
