My mother will be 91 on 18th of this month. She has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Neuro says she's in last stages. I don't know what to do.

I thank each and everyone one of you for your answers and support. I did turned her over to hospice on the 19. It was hard but I did it. Thank you all again

Please call Hospice. They will provide support and guidance on caring for your mother as well as support for her caregivers in preparing for your mother’s passing.
I am so sad for you having to watch as your mother’s life slips away.
You’ll have to have a doctor’s order for hospice to provide care. Call your mom’s PCP & ask them to get the doctor to write the order for hospice.
This is a difficult time for you and you can use some help. Hospice can provide that. 

I also suggest Hospice.They can advise you about eating and drinking as well as other aspects of the final days.

I'm so sorry, Shirl3. Dad passed 'with' PD just after Xmas. He had been on hospice 3 weeks. He didn't eat during his last week, nor did he drink much. He really wasn't able to on his own, but also professed no hunger and only a little thirst. I tried to feed him without success, but a nurse was able to feed him some a few days prior to his death. I think hospice could be of help to you; they provided nursing visits, clergy, a more appropriate wheelchair, and a hospital bed, along with the med package that included morphine. Best wishes ...I hate this disease.

I’m sorry your mom is so ill.
Have you called her doctor? Do that or call hospice for an evaluation. They will come to your home and help you manage mom’s care.
