Things to do with someone who has dementia, macular degeneration, and is hard of hearing?

My grandmother is 83 and has dementia, macular degeneration, and hard of hearing. I hope someone can help me with suggestions of things we could do together cause all she wants to do is sleep. We exercise and walk but that's about it.

Music is always appreciated. Going for a drive to the park/beach/? and having a picnic (we used to eat in the car and mom enjoyed hearing the waves and the sounds of children playing). Helping with whatever household chores she is able to do, even if you have to redo them later (folding laundry is always a popular suggestion). And don't worry too much about her sleeping all the time unless she is up all night instead, they reach a point where just living is exhausting.
