Can I get my elderly brother to move out because I can't and don't want to care for him anymore?

I'm on disability because of depression and anxiety. I want and need my elderly brother to move out. His son has power attorney of him. What are my rights? Who can I call for help?

See if you can get a low cost elder attorney from your local senior center.

Is he paying rent? If so u may have to evict. First talk to the POA and tell him you can no longer care for the man. The POA should take the responsibility of finding ur brother a place. If that doesn't help then APS or Office of Aging maybe able to help.

if your brother doesnt want to move you may have to evict him to get him to move.
Have you asked your nephew to move him?
You might call the Area Agency on Aging and ask for them to evaluate brother to see if he qualifies for any services they are aware of.
