I'm trying to purchase a medical alert system for my parents. Any recommendations?

I'm trying to purchase a medical alert system for my parents. There are so many on the market, but of course, I want the best. They both need a personal alarm for in the home and possible outside. I would also like fall detection for both of them. Does anyone have any recommendations?
