Start researching ALs in your area, call them and get estimates. There generally would be a base monthly charge plus add-ons for additional services. At least that's been my experience.
You might want to call either the Alzheimer's Assn. or Area Agency on Aging and get lists of ALs in your area. In my experience, AA will send a list the same day; the AAA takes about a week.
I would check with your local town office as this really varies depending on where you live. I think the costs could vary from $2,000 to $10,000 a month depending on the facility.
