If one parent is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and the other parent is not diagnosed with a mental illness can one of their kids apply for legal guardianship?
If my dad and mom live in the same house and my dad is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and my mother doesnt have a mental illness can one of their kids apply for legal guardianship on my dads behalf???
