Can APS admit an elderly if they are mentally unstable?
If they are a harm to themselves and a unsanitary(Bacteria,Infection) harm to others. And they are not willing to take care of there health & hygene and in there own minds think there is nothing wrong with them.

Has the situation been reported to APS? Have they made a determination?
