Does somebody make protective gloves for elderly hands?

I frequently bump the backs of my hands in door frames, etc. and it hurts a lot for a long time even if bones are not broken. My skin is thin and I have severe osteoporosis. I thought it would be a great idea to wear some kind of thin gloves that have padding just for the back of the hand. I can't imagine I'm the only person who would find these helpful. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

What about fingerless sparring gloves? Although they may be going a little overboard.
