My father is 89. I am the executor of the estate after his death. My younger sister and brother have joint PoA for medical and financial decisions. My brother and I are concerned that if he were to die in an accident before my father, that would leave my sister as sole PoA. My brother would like to designate in his will, upon his death that his PoA for our father transfers to me. Is that possible?

If your Dad is still clear minded, he can go to an Attorney and make all 3 of you Power of Attorney... primary, secondary, and third.... or all have equal control.
