Can my sister (p.o.a) throw away all mine and dad's stuff even if she lives elsewhere?

i live with my dad , dementoa, age 93. my sisater is p.o.a. , when i am not home, she comes and throws all my clothing and food away ...she recenmtly began throwing away all my dads things as well. can she do this legally and if not , what do i do?

Say what? Your sister is stepping way over her bounds as Power of Attorney. I assume she is your Dad's POA, and not your POA, correct?

What are your sister's reasons for throwing away clothing and food?
