My brother was tricked by his daughter to add her as POA but was not aware that revoked me. He wants to put things back. How?

My brother was tricked by his daughter to add her to POA but he was not aware that revoked me. Now he wants to put things back the way they were. Can he just revoke daughter and I just keep poa papers and continue as they were? Or does he have to drawl up POA again for me which would revoke her?

I think anyone other than that would only be guessing and something as important as this shouldn't be guessed at.
