If you are talking about a personal alarm pendant, then I assume any of the systems that have a call centre with 24 hour monitoring and live response would fit your needs, my mom used to have Philips Lifeline, but there are others. When the panic button is pushed the responder asks what the problem is and alerts those people and first responders agreed upon.
