My son was ordered out of the home for 1 year as a result of a restraining order. I need to move out and need his help, but he has an order to not be on the property. What can I do?

I live on my other son's property and he wants us off his property. I am trying to move, but I'm on kidney dialysis and can not move without help from my son. If he comes back, will he be arrested? What can I do? The judge has to change the order regarding him not being allowed on the property. I feel that what the judge has done could be classified as elder abuse.
