I do know of various churches that provide precisely this sort of help. You can certainly hire someone to do errands, maybe even a neighborhood teen? Also, there is an app called taskrabbit that may help. Check out their web page. Luckily you are tech savvy enough to be on this blog - an app may be a solution for you. If I was mobility limited due to age, I would shop on amazon and walmart .com I would move around on Uber and I would try a task app for chores.
I resisted Uber and Prime at first - but they are convenient. This is the future.
