My grandmother was neglected and abused at the hospital. What can we do?

I second FFs question. How was your grandmother mistreated in the hospital? more details please. how is she now?

It's a fact that hospitals are geared toward catastrophic illness/injuries and acute care situations, they are not a good place for anyone else. Elders, especially if they have some dementia, need someone there to keep an eye on things and to advocate for them.
