Do these nursing homes admit a patient with diabetes, insulin dependent, incontinent, memory care and at present is on Medicare/Medicaid?

Non of these problems are difficult to manage but you do have to find somewhere with memory care that accepts Medicare/Medicaid. Not everyone does and many only use a certain number of beds for Medicare patients. The Govt/State only pays a set amount per day for these patients and it does not really cover many of the costs.

Assisted living would probably not, but nursing homes are set up to handle such impairments.
