My sister-in-law does not eat or drink anything with her mouth since last one year after stroke attack. Any suggestions?

She is taking liquid by rise tube which is in her nose. Please suggest

I imagine you meant to write that your sister had a stroke? And she is still not able to eat or drink anything by mouth? I wonder why her doctors have not placed a feeding tube through her abdomen (PEG tube) to replace the one through her nose, that is easier and more comfortable for those who need long term tube feeding.
