From your broken English written here, I take it that you are not a U.S. citizen? I think I understand why you are having trouble getting health insurance. But, I am still sure that insurance companies cannot refuse you because of a ore-existing condition (high blood pressure).
I think you best bet would be to see if you can get some help understanding the health insurance...maybe the local social services have bi-lingual service you could use?
My love is servior of Brain tumor disable has lot medical needs , I ageing been having health issue need Medical insurance too I told I couldn't have Medical which I had health net since 2014 now be told I can't have it cause my blood pressure to rise . When went get medicine I told only I have paid this keep from having the food and thing we need taking of are needs. I keep getting the runaround by system.
