How can I get my aunt and uncle out of my grandparents house?

 please help! my grandparents are in their 80s my grandma had a stroke last year and my grandpas health isnt good he still works and gets 300 a week that he splits with someone else he pays all the bills witch is a 400 morage fee and this last mouth his utilities where 350 my aunt and uncle are in their 60s no one willl vist the house because they always start stuff and they refuse to leave they have stolen and pawned items eat all the food and then buy food for them self's and lock it in their room they smoke weed and i know they are doing other things by the needles i found in the bath room they have painted my grandmothers clothing because they were mad my aunt receives ssi this has been going on for 5 years and no one will do any thing

You can report them as being exploited, but, I'm not sure how far that will go. If they keep reneging on whether they want the aunt and uncle out.....I think I might be more proactive.

I might really make sure I had evidence, like photos, statements, etc. I'd see an attorney to find out what my options are. If your parents are being exploited financially and they are unable to resist it, you may have legal grounds to step in or have someone else appointed Guardian. Plus, it sounds like they are living in a dangerous situation. If a Guardian is appointed, they will have no say so over the arrangement. It could be for their own good.

I'd get legal advice to see where I stood. Then you can decide if you want to go that path. It sounds like with the dangerous behavior aunt and uncle are bringing into the home, it's only a matter of time before something terrible happens.

Have you contacted Adult Protective Services? Do your grandparents want them gone?
