Deb, have you ever called the Area Agency On Aging in your state? Then you could talk to someone about how to proceed getting help, including how to get an evaluation of what kind of help is needed.
You Mom's doctor is going to have to be involved in ordering things she needs, but you can start by talking to someone local who knows the resources available in your area. Do an online search for Area Agency On Aging KY to find their locations and phone numbers.
I'm not totally sure what mom needs. I think she needs an adjustable bed and her bathroom seems unsafe in some ways. What I'm hearing is that I need to talk to her doctor to get started in looking for financial help. Right now she's fairly independent but getting more frail.
