My wife and I are denied visitation to see her mother by her sister and her husband. What do we do?

Today 08/28/16 We saw her at a church in C.C.TX. Her condition has deteriorated & my sister-in-law started to try to prevent me & my wife from talking to her. She has taking all her accounts, homes, and her brother J. has taken all of the funeral expenses $25,000 & toll his mother, who is elderly & blind that $ was for her medical expenses. She has Medicaid but me & my wife are not able to ever see her due to her and S. DENIALS of stepping on their property. Her husband passed away 12/24/2014 and his granddaughter lives in their old home tax free since 2007 .Something has to be done as they bought a home & a massive amount of weapons and her husband has never worked. A very concerned citizen !!!

You have options of calling the police and/or adult protective services - make sure you have a "just the facts, ma'am" version, with sound eviedence, well-organized, of just what has been done here.
