A hospice social worker notary came into my home who had no legal authority and performed notary.

They were called by my 24 year old step daughter.  In 2006 my husband was terminal..I was the PoA..Hospice was contracted by me. My 24 year old step daughter came home from florida and without my knowledge invited the social worker into our home. When I arrived home the social worker was sitting at my kitchen table holding a notary stamp. When I asked her what she was doing in my home she ignored me. Proceeded to accompany my step daughter into our bedroom (where my husband was) and against my orders to leave proceeded to notorize POA -financial be given to the step daughter...when I contacted the northern Ill hospice & greif center they told me the social worker was no longer employed and all the copies were lost....Because of that I lost my home,our clinic, our finances etc. Was that Legal?
