Can I my mother's guardian sign my name to her checks?

I have been made guardian of my mother as guardian do I sign my name to her checks to pay her bills?

You take your court order to the bank, they make a copy and add you as a signatory to all the accounts. Always write "guardian" after your name so creditors do not attempt to collect from you personally.
