What medical condition causes senior men to have enlarged ears and noses?

And also excessive hair on eyebrows, ears, and inside of nose?

That's just getting old. Look at dick van dyke. His nose and ears have doubled in size. Lots of older men get eyebrows as long as their noses.

Actually, the cousin of Rhinophyma is Otophyma and it affects the ears. Most doctors will diagnose Rhinophyma only and just treat it as if it is affecting the nose, cheeks and ears...though the correct term for the ear one is Otophyma.

Rhinophyma, a specific form of rosacea can cause these symptoms. A dermatologist can treat this skin condition.
