Angel, this is a disscussion forum, not a service provider. In addition to Gardens suggestions, most home care companies offer driving/shopping services for elders on an hourly basis, usually around $20 per hour. Look on line for services in your area.
Contact your local senior center; sometimes they'll coordinate trips like this.
Alternately, contact your local public transit company to inquire about small bus services, dial-a-ride, paratransit. These are point to point services, unlike the linehaul services which operate on fixed routes.
