Use the search box in the upper right hand corner and search on "paratransit", "transportation to medical appointments", etc. This question has been asked numerous times in the past and there's already a lot of good information.

Do you live in an area that has taxi cabs? Or an elder ride program? Contact your local Agency on Aging to see what they recommend.
