Who do I talk to about getting paid for taking care of a parent that is a veteran?

I'm a only child he is the only parent I have left I don't want to but him with strangers. I he lives with me and my fiancé here in Tucson. He moved from Illinois. To here.he has copd and is now on oxygen. He can fall if unattended he now in his 70 s. and dementia is starting. Before he got here he had all of this. So I moved him here for better health care because he is a veteran. I'm on disability so I know I can't get paid him I don't think. So I was checking if my fiancé could. If so how?

If he cannot bathe, dress or feed himself, call the VA or go up to the Money and Legal tab and click on Veterans Assistance. VA will want 5 years of financial records to prove he did not give assets away.
