I need a good bed which can adequately support a 350 pound man with serious hip and lower back arthritis. Suggestions?

I'm a vet who is 10% disabled and have serious hip and lower back arthritis. I need a good bed which can adequately support a 350 pound man. I also have a heavy wife. The springs poke up and cause me pain to sleep on my queen mattress set that has broken down.
