What are some of the signs you see after a dementia person cannot get the right clothes for the season or event?

He also folds his cloths. This is my husband and he has vascular dementia which he has had for seven years. He eats healthy and exercises daily. I want to know what he will do before he gets bedridden.(end of life). I need to know what most people see in a dementia patient so that I can plan for the next steps ahead.
