Caringbridge website - you can create a personal site with health info that people can become members of. I don't think it costs anything - several cancer patients that I know have used it to communicate with family that does not have Facebook.

It is exactly what I was thinking. My SIL set up a "Secret" group on FB to organize things for the family Thanksgiving.

You can make a private group on Facebook with the people you want to share info.
