We submitted an application to Dept. of VA a year ago about receiving benefits. We have no answer and we need assistance. Advice?

We are at the point of needing more care for our father in law. What can we do to receive response form the agency?

Contact the Dept of Veterans on a regular basis until you know if your Dad-in-law can get the benefits. Could be after a year your application fell through the cracks.
