Harris, I believe the extent of service connected disability, if that's what you're referring to, would have been determined by the VA. I'm not sure who you refer to when you ask "are u saying".....did someone give you advice on this issue?
Your best action really is to contact the VA, specifically the physician in charge of your care and/or the Eligibility Department, and raise this question with them.
