Anyone interested in a support group for dieting for caregivers? Check out new thread in discussions.

Trying to create something for those caregivers that have packed on the pounds like myself since mom/pop moved in or have become your major responsibility. So many caregivers simply can't leave the house to go to diet support groups or support groups of any kind.A place (this website) where the caregiver can go for emotional support, because lets face it , comfort eating is a health hazard.

Please count me in. I don't recognize myself- emotionally or physically-help.

Sorry Sendme, I put in the wrong link. There is a little more discussion here, but it seems to have fallen off the radar for most of us...

Caregiving is so overwhelming I need support for everything! Weight gain is just one of many issues..

Oh, where to begin! Lol

Cwillie sent me here. Is this where the support is, or is there a chocolate thread somewhere?

Thank you Timbuktu!
I am thinking of past successes with weight watchers. A friend reminded me that if you do not intake all the healthy calories on a diet plan (if you eat less), most plans won't work.
