I have had someone say that the hallucinations are due to (Luid bodies)?

Can you give me the name of this again and where I can read more! I was given this Luid or lude body disease....What it again? Where can I learn more about this disease that attacks the Alzheimer patient? I have searched your many answers and cannot find it. I am probably spelling it wrong.
