What should a support worker be expected to know if a person has appointed an enduring POA?

Support workers need to know and what to do?

Ahhh, you must be in Englad or Australia? I see that Enduring POA is basicly the same as a Durable Power of Attorney in the states.

A durable power of attorney? The person signing the document gives another person usually full power to make decisions for them. The POA can be either or both for medical and financial affairs. Sometimes they take effect immediately, others require the person be incapacitated.

I'm not familiar with the term "enduring" of attorney. Could you explain? Are you a paid caregiver caring for someone?
